RADIO Frontier Channel was a podcast from Frontier Channel hosted by Richard Leis in 2005 that included science and technology news and interviews with scientists at the University of Arizona.

History

The podcast launched on February 20, 2005. It initially recapping recent science and technology news. The music was composed by a coworker and the audio for each episode was recorded on an Apple iPod and edited using Audacity.

With the fourth episode, RADIO Frontier Channel added interviews of scientists and educators at the University of Arizona. Later episodes also focused on covering a single topic in more details, participated with other podcasts, and added a multimedia dimension.

The podcast went on hiatus later in 2005 and did not return.
