The Writers Studio Tucson recently sent out this announcement regarding a free writing class this coming Saturday morning:
Are you new to The Writers Studio? Are you curious what’s it all about? The Writers Studio was founded in New York in 1987 by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Philip Schultz. Our beginner classes use invigorating exercises based on poetry and fiction selections from established writers. Students bring their own desire to write and the willingness to learn. Our teachers provide the structure, technical know-how, professional feedback, and the nurturing community to enable them to reach their full potential.
Join workshop teacher Richard Leis and the other Writers Studio Tucson teachers for a free exercise, an overview of The Writers Studio method, and a discussion about how our program can support your personal writing goals.
